What the estimates leave out
Take-home pay covers PAYE, UIF, the medical aid tax credit and retirement contributions if you enter them. It does not include bonuses, allowances or the extra medical expenses credit you may claim on your tax return. UIF pays from what your employer declared, so its figure can differ from ours.
Not advice
Everything here is an estimate for general information. It is not tax, legal or financial advice. PayCalc is not affiliated with SARS, the UIF or the Department of Employment and Labour.
